This is a 2 story building right next to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Beautiful water view from the living area with a great balcony. You will find a kayak launch at the end of the street and plenty of trailer parking, should you bring your boat. The main floor consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house has a bonus recreation area with a pool table and loads of room on the terrace for grilling or playing dominos. You will a kayak at your disposal.

Sean’s place was nice. Definitely more space than we needed. Had a great view of the water upstairs.
This was a good spot for my family. Clean, newly renovated and private. The screened in porch, with a view of the water, was my favorite part. This was very close to snorkeling and the state park. I knew going in that this was two units (up and down) and the outdoor stairs are used to access them. It worked well for us (but is something to consider if you have little kids). I'd be happy to stay here again.
Great place to hang with friends and family. Watching the sunrise over the water from the front porch while sipping coffee was a great way to start each day. Plan ahead if bringing a boat, the street is very tight, and driveway looks much bigger in pictures. Better to pay for parking boat\trailer at Pennecamp or Caribbean Club. Will consider staying again in the future. Hosts are excellent communicators.
Things to know
Space
Master bedroom has a queen size bed and the guestbedroom has 2 full beds. The living rooms area has a beautiful water view. The house is accessible from 2 streets. Plenty of parking for boat trailers.
Access
You will receive a door code to enter the house. Parking is available on both sides of the house.
Neighborhood
Feel free to explore this very nice and quiet neighborhood. You will be very close to Jules Undersea Lodge, The Hideout Restaurant and the Pink Plaza is across US1.
Notes
Additional pet cleaning fee of $65 per dog will apply. All pets must be pre approved. Dogs brought to the premises without pre approval will automatically incur a charge of $200. The limit is 1 dog up to max. 50 lbs or 2 dogs max. 25 lbs each. Any additional cleaning cost or damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
